Singing River Pressure Works is a locally-owned soft-wash and exterior cleaning outfit based in the Muscle Shoals area of northwest Alabama. We work across Sheffield, Muscle Shoals, Florence, and Tuscumbia every week, with the rest of Colbert and Lauderdale counties stitched in around recurring contracts. Based in the Muscle Shoals area, working across Colbert and Lauderdale counties. The geography is chosen for a reason: Tennessee Valley humidity and summer mildew cycles push siding, roofs, and amenity surfaces harder here than most operators admit. Singing River Pressure Works is built to absorb that.

Sheffield, Muscle Shoals, Florence, and Tuscumbia weekly. Killen, Leighton, Rogersville, Courtland, Town Creek, Cherokee, Russellville, and Phil Campbell on route — with the rest of Colbert and Lauderdale counties accepted on a per-quote basis.
How we hold ourselves to it
The standard the crew works against is plain: practices aligned with Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) stormwater expectations for commercial cleaning operations, and on-site recognition of EPA Clean Water Act expectations at sites under MS4 permits — useful for restaurant, dealership, and multi-tenant properties. Every Singing River Pressure Works job arrives and leaves with a written closeout — that is a job-site discipline, not a tagline, and it is why a recurring property manager hires us rather than the next residential-only operator who quotes by the driveway.
